- Logon on to the Admin System via you Web browser and standard connection
- Choose FAQs as the area you want to update
- Choose ADD as the choice for the FAQ area
- Add the FAQ
- The FAQ gets added to the database
- Instantly the new FAQ shows up on the FAQ page of the Web site
