How can I tell how my Web site is doing?

Each customer has on-line access to up to the last 12 months worth of site traffic information. Additionally, information regarding what networks, what browsers, and even what times of days can all be reported on for any desired time frame.
What types of graphical elements do you typically create for a site, and how do you design them?

In most instances, our art department interviews the customer early in the process to determine the overall look and feel desired. A sample homepage graphic, banner (used to communicate where in the site the visitor is) and button (where applicable) are created and reviewed with the client. How do we get the source materials to QualData?

The source materials basically fall into two general categories: 1.Textual Information Anything of a textual nature can be transmitted to QualData as Word .doc files or, when necessary, straight text format. It helps when the customer can provide QualData with documents that are formatted as desired (i.e. bold, font size, italics, etc.) 2.Graphical elements Graphics, for the most part, can be transitted to QualData in any number of standard formats, including eps, tif, gif, jpg, bmp, pcx, tga, etc. In cases where large amounts of images must be delivered, a Syquest or ZIP tape can be utilized to facilitate the process.
How long does it typically take to build a site?

While there are many factors that ultimately determine the timeframe for completing a Web site, on average it takes approximately 30 to 90 days from the date a contract is signed and the process begins to production of the site on the Web.
What if I want to change a graphic after production?

QualData quotes a monthly maintenance fee that typically includes a number of hours of support. Any upgrades or modifications can be made against this maintenance allocation. (this does not impact the customer's ability to use the Admin System any time of day or night in an unlimited fashion).
